Frank enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Private immediately upon graduation from High School. He attended the U.S. Army Officer School and became an officer. He retired as a Major after 20 years in the Army.

During his military career he held many management and administrative positions, including two tours in Vietnam. He was selected to attend the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, where he also attained an MMAS Degree in International Relations, followed by an MBA, Human Resource Development, at the University of Colorado.

Upon retirement, Frank went into administration and faculty positions at two Colorado Colleges. Then he embarked upon the greatest adventure of his life -- his own business in the training and education arenas. He authored "Synergistic Selling: Benefiting Buyer and Seller" and toured the country for several years training in corporations and conducting public workshops. He became affiliated with Robert Conklin's "Adventures in Attitudes" and has facilitated hundreds of 3 days workshops through his Insurance, Securities and Real Estate Licensing Private Vocational School which provided the health care industry continuing education courses.

Having practiced the Law of Attraction in his own life for many years, he was introduced to the practical and easy-to-understand clarity provided by Michael Losier's book "Law of Attraction, The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't".  Frank believes that Law of Attraction practical applications for improving business and people's lives are critical at this time.  Frank is one of very few who are formally Certified in the Deliberate Law of Attraction.

Most of his work in coaching, consulting, and training revolves around the principles and strategies through study and application of the the Deliberate Law of Attraction.
